I was confused too. I saw all these references to Kevin Bacon today, and then I went to the front page! And then to my account to see what my stat looked like as a bacon. Then I saw my last news post (from a few weeks back) and all the pronouns were replaced by Kevin Bacon! So yeah, apparently it's Kevin Bacon day, which I have not heard of until now.
